Drones and kits

Complete aircraft and kits ship LTL freight on a pallet to a commercial address or a residence with a forklift or liftgate service. Freight is quoted at checkout or by phone. Local pickup in the Texarkana area is free and includes in-person setup and first-flight coaching.

Flight batteries

DB1560 and DB2160 flight batteries are lithium hazmat and ship ground only within the lower 48. Allow extra transit time.

Parts and accessories

In-stock parts and accessories ship within 1–2 business days via UPS or USPS. Special-order DJI parts typically arrive in 7–14 days.

Returns

Unopened parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Aircraft, batteries, and special-order parts are not returnable once opened. Defective items are handled under the DJI warranty; contact us and we'll walk you through the claim.
